A charge may apply for locations with only paid parking.
I will provide everything required for the treatment at the comfort of your home. I will need a private space of roughly 3m x 3m.
Please allow an extra hour in your schedule for me to setup table, assess your condition, billing... etc.
The extra time is not part of the treatment and won't be charged.
I do not provide direct billing for insurance claims, but I will provide a receipt that you may use for such claims.
